We bought a fixer-upper home recently, and we had originally planed to replace some of the the well-used carpet. As the home-improvement projects kept piling up over the next month or two, however, we realized that we no longer had the budget for new carpet, and so we turned to Zerorez to see if there was any hope for reviving the carpet at least until we could afford to replace it. By this point, the carpet was newly stained with traffic patterns from our dusty renovation work, paint spots and spills, and even a few potty-training accidents from our 3 year old. When the Zerorez serviceman arrived, we knew right away that we were dealing with a professional. Dave was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and clean-cut. He reassured us that our carpets would turn out great, and then he got to work. The results were instantaneous and better than I could have expected. With all the stains removed and the color revived, our worry about finding a budget to replace the carpets evaporated faster than the moisture in the carpets (which dried really fast too!). I recommend Zerorez anytime I get the chance - they do a professional job with a sensational outcome.
