Review content:
Had service done here lately. This is where I purchased the car and my first maintenance was suppose to be free. I set an appointment and mentioned that it was suppose to be free. All of a sudden the guy realized he had made a mistake and they didn't have anything available for a month or two down the line. I was going on a road trip and need it done before I left, so I went to Glendale to have the service done. This was my second service had no problem with scheduling, when I asked if there was some sort of discount because they couldn't do my first maintenance, that was suppose to be free, I was told No. I also have a running problem with the clock (it loses 2-3 min a week) The people at Glendale tried to fix it with a program update, but it didn't work. At this service when I got it back I ask if they fixed the clock. The guy left and came back and told me the reason my clock ran slow is because I turned off my vehicle when I was done driving it and that is what causes the clock to run slow (WHAT?). I told him this is not the 1980"s it is the 21st century and the only reason for an internal clock to run slow is either a faulty design or faulty equipment and he responded Yes and if I keep starting and stopping my car the clock would run slow and I would just have to live with it.
