Review content:
Just moved to the neighborhood and figured I'd try out Rustique, and I'm glad I did. I tried out their prosciutto and arugula special, and it was very tasty. The pizza was ready in about 20 minutes (they called me to confirm) and they were not shy about either topping. The mozzarella was fresh but flavorful, and I opted for sauce on my pizza. The center was a little wet due to the sauce, but not soggy. I also ordered a side of tiramisu, which was light and flavorful without tasting overpowering.
I think they could cook their pizzas another minute to help with the wet center factor, but other than that they're a win for the neighborhood.
