Review content:
This place isn't far from us, so we've eaten there several times, and had delivery as well. The food is good...we've always enjoyed what we ordered. Tonight, though, we ordered a dish that came with something extra...a screw. A bit shocking to bite down on it, but worse things have happened. The real problem developed when I called GrubHub to let them know. They were right on it, apologized, and called the restaurant while I was on hold. Apparently, though, the restaurant refused to take responsibility for it. GrubHub was great, though, put through a credit for the dish, and apologized again. But come on, Indus Valley...how hard is it to say "Sorry"? Things happen...I get it. No one intended to put a screw in my shrimp curry, but it happened. Apologize, make it right, and move on. Didn't happen, though, so we won't be ordering from there again. Not because of the screw, though, but because of the response to the screw.
