I would never go to Monarch Dental. They charged me 1/2 again as much as the negotiated price with my insurance company. Their staff crammed the xray slide in my mouth which was very sore. Every single time I went in they had latex gloves on and it was in my chart not to use them. I would go home with my mouth swollen from it. I had to go back 5 times to get the crown adjusted as it was right.
