I have had horrible experiences with all of the monarch dental offices until I went to this one. Dr. Rosen is the only dentist I found who really cares what happens to his pts. he has excellent bedside manner and actually calls his patients. at night. He appears to be an excellent dentist but we will see how long his crown lasts. I have not had good luck at the other office at mckinney custer. I was shocked when I saw how much a cleaning was but after terries explanation and Dr. Rosens video, I went ahead with the cleaning. They surprised me when they mentioned alzheimers and a connection with periodontal disease but I have researched the internet and they were right. I and my family will give monarch a chance and I will now tell my friends who also had bad experiences at monach\r
