I have such a fear of the dentist and this has kept me away for so long. I heard such bad things about monarch but I was in such pain so I gave mckinney and 75 a try. Dr. Rosen was so helpful and he didnt beat around the bush about what had to be done. He explained every detail of why the treatment needed to be started and called me that night to see how I was doing. That surprised me to say the least. I am now out of pain and he even gave me his cell phone. I am still afraid of the dentist but I now will only go back to him for further dental care. Thanks Dr. Rosen
