so lets get a reality check here....Do it Best in Arcata is far better on pricing for anything Piersons carrys , lets be clear on this the Family of the Piersons has had a monopoly on anything to do with hardware and lumber and have fought every attempt by Home Depot to come in the area, also for those of you that have been around long enough to remember Pay and Pak the day that Pay and Pak started closing Piersons building supply did a compleate mark up and repricing tof the entire store. Basically because the price compitition was gone they now could do what the Renners have been doing to use with fuel prices in this area over inflating prices to make millions off our backs over the years.... I would rather drive 60 miles north to Home Depot than to ever give Piersons another cent of my money..\r
I would rather shop at the new Do it Best in Arcata whos lumber prices are far tfar better than Piersons and the other prices ARE less than Piersons as well.AVOID this place at all costs....
