Durako quoted max $150 for move out cleaning, 3 workers and max 1-2 hours to complete job. I confirmed exactly what needs to be done, but she refused to come over to see place before job. On the day of service Durako’s 2 cleaners were 2 hours late, she didn’t not show up at all. I received a call from Durako saying that now they want about $250, because place is not clean enough for them. HAHAHA. Wow, this is borderline to extortion if I had to move out on that day, but luckily I had extra time and a plan B cleaner, which is why I told Durako politely “no, thank you!” This is my experience with Carla and I would NOT recommend you using her services as she is unreliable, you cannot trust her quotes and quality of her work. AVOID her, she is dishonest.
