Unorganized staff. Working folks - take a close look at the workout class schedule and note there are no classes between 6:30AM and 9AM with the exception of a 5:40 am class. Whatt!!! then look at whats available after work and note closely that the limited selection from 5-7pm. Show up on a weekday night and look inside one of these workout classess and see how jam packed it is. Not enough workout classes. Everyone's on teh same schedule crammed into the same class. No room to move in that class for fear of kicking the person next to you. Un-engaged teenage staff who don't have answers to anything. Ridiculous fees. SIgn your kid up as a member? - he can only join 2 classes with his membership. Ether pay for a third class, stick him in a room to play video games . Hmmm... I think I join a cheaper more modern gym and use the savings on my kids membership to pay for a sitter instead.
