The staff at Rock Creek is THE WORST I have ever encountered! The only thing good about this clinic is that they are open later than most, however if there is an emergency... Go to an emergency clinic! \r

We went in with a cat that had been mauled by a pit bull a 1/2 hour prior to closing, we were in the clinic for 20 minutes then referred to the emergency clinic and were asked to pay a 500.00 bill. 500.00? Wow, that is a hefty bill for 20 minutes. \r
It is my experience that:\r
1.) if the cost is going to be this sufficient an estimate is given to the client to assure no cost constraints.\r
2.) if closing very soon and it is expected that the client will need to go to an emergency clinic, instead of 2 bills, refer straight to emergency.\r
3.) when the client is obviously traumatized by the patient being attacked, show some compassion! (the girls on duty were very RUDE actually scowling, and had the nerve to question whether the credit card will go through. That would have been ans
