After having my rental home managed by another company for several years, I was convinced that it would not be possible to have a successful rental property in Pensacola. Boy was I wrong!! In the space of only a few days, the excellent managers at Top Gun got rid of all the tenants who paid late, destroyed my house, smoked, and all other undesirable manner of things; they cleaned up the mess, got the house whipped into shape and found me dependable, honest renters. Now, more than a year later, I still have no complaints. WOW! I enthusiastically recommend this group. I trust them completely with my investment home. CM
