Stumbling on Sir Carpet through a Google search a few years ago was fate was on my side! Not only are their prices highly competitive, their customer service (Layla is a joy) is excellent. (When calling the main number one often has to leave a message, don't be discouraged, they are busy however ALWAYS call you back-fyi.)
Dave Brown, the gentleman who came to clean my carpet was on time, gracious, informative, very hard working, friendly, and exactly the type of 'stranger' one can trust in ones home. I left for an hour while he did the work and I didn't think twice about leaving my home to someone I didn't know. When I came back an hour later, the carpet was like new-a miracle considering what it looked like before, and Dave was out in a wink leaving me a once again satisfied customer. I have not only used Sir Carpet on several occasions, will continue to in the future, and recommend them to friends and family as well. FIVE Stars!
