Review content:
Well after being a customer for well over 20 yrs. I doubt I will buy anything from MB again, since they won't cover anything on the extra warranty I paid for or even the manufacture warranty as they don't cover everyday wear and tear on furniture so basicly you can buy furniture from them but don't use it because if it starts showing wear in under a year which is always does they won't cover that because they don't cover wear and tear so if you need furniture just to show people your in good shape but if you acutally use it then your out of luck. And don't buy the burn warranty because they won't cover that either even though you pay for them to cover it they will claim that is was abused so therefore, is not covered. When your disabled and spend probably 95% in a recliner you bought including sleeping in it, well then that is abuse and normal wear and tear so not covered. Not to mention the rudeness of the person on the phone telling you that it is stains when in fact it is because the fabric that is woren down and the cushioning is wear down from so much use but again not covered because that is normal wear and tear so if you want to just look at what you bought you shouldn't have a problem. I don't know about the rest of the world but I buy furniture to use not look at but they sure got there money from all the extra I paid on extra warranties that I might as well have just thrown that money away. I will find another store to buy from for the rest of my life and I will recurit anyone else to buy somewhere else also. Since they can't seem to honor their warranty on anything. No wonder they are so big it is from the people they have cheated over the years.\r
