Review content:
Absolutely do not go here if you care about our car! I went to get my tires rotated and ended up with 3 damaged wheels. First, when the tech was pulling my black ZL1 wheels off the lugs, he just let them drop onto the brake rotors before pulling them off completely. That's scratch number one. Then, as he was getting the tire of, he used a steel crowbar to pry the lip, scratching the lip of my wheel. Scratch number two. And finally during the balancing, he uses the same pry bar to chisel the weight off, creating a long scratch where eat of those were. After bringing it to their attention they proceed to try to tell me that there is no way to remove the weights without scratching the wheels! Seriously? Like, this is the first time I have ever had wheels changed somewhere. And still after arguing with the tech, manager, AND owner for over an hour, they don't want to take responsibility and repair the wheels correctly.
