Wow is there a lot of deceptive review on here about BG. \r \r Let's start with kids. This is very much a local park. Lots of families have annual passes. The kids come in. Wow, how awful. As a whole they are well behaved, but act like kids. Amazing. If they are out of control then the park team will speak to them.\r \r No, there are no fat women in bathing suits. Bathing suits are not allowed in BG. Now, Adventure Island is a water park (and a separate admission, and separate place nearby). Another amazing - people in bathing suits in a water park. If you don't like fat people my advise is to depart the USA, we are filled with them (and, no, I'm not only not fat, I am actually quite thin).\r \r BG has quite a few really great coasters. Yes, Gwazi will rattle your teeth. Built in 1999, it is one of the very few wooden coasters with banked cars in the world. It is also rumored (and I believe accurately) to be on the destruction list, so if you want an opportunity, you should take it now.\r \r Cheetah Hunt, currently the newest large attraction, is a multiple launch coaster, and extremely long. A great fun ride, and usually the longest lines. Get there early. I find all of the other coasters a must multiple ride, except Gwazi, which I, quite frankly, can only take once or twice a year. A new face down drop ride opens in 2014, and looks like a real thrill. Falcon's Fury will be 300 feet tall, and you'll drop at 60 MPH to the ground.\r \r Busch has also really improved its shows. Disney used to be the only place to see the ""big"" shows, but BG now has two fantastic competitors in Iceplorations and Operation Vacation (only runs on weekend in the off season).\r \r BG is very much an animal park, with lots to see, either walking or on the steam train. You can also (for an additional fee) have yourself a first hand experience, including giraffe feeding.\r \r All in all the park has a lot to offer, and is especially valuable in its contribution to wildlife preservation and rehabilitation.\r \r Lastly, I think the team has come a long way in the past few years. They are much more responsive to guests, universally polite, involved, and attentive. Any issues will be promptly and professionally responded to by guest relations.\r \r The special events (especially Howl O Scream and Christmas Town) are crowded, and the lines get long. However, both are separate ticket events, and are limited in admission (and yes, they sometimes do reach capacity and turn people away).\r \r No, not associated with BG, except as an annual pass holder. I just happen to think that it is a great park, on a par with the top 10 in the country, and I've been to most.
