I called a week prior and the staff told me that I would have to pay $25 to reserve a time on Mr. Angel's calendar. I paid the $25 over the phone and a week later my appointment came to. No one called me, so I decided to call in. The office manager and other girl in the office told me that they had incorrectly scheduled my appointment until the following Monday. I told them I took a day off of work with my personal time, and they said they could get me in tomorrow. Though I can't speak about Mr. Angel, himself (or to him for that matter!), the staff appeared aloof, unprofessional, and incompetent.
