Rude, unprofessional staff! This salon dyed my hair way too dark and refused to fix it without charging me. The color was no where near what I asked for but because they liked the result it didn't matter that I did not! Now, I'm stuck with a black burgundy hair color when I asked for a light golden brown. The stylist Nicole was rude to my husband telling him that the pictures I brought caused the problem! He replied that none of the pictures I had showed them were the hair color I got. This salon does not stand behind their work. I would not recommend this place unless you don't care how your hair turns out!\r

I was going to comment on your post Kristen S. in more detail and defend myself considering you attacked my character and called me a liar, but I don’t feel that is necessary considering you proved my point about Taylor David Salon. Since you are calling my honest account of this business a lie, instead of giving an honest review yourself makes is pretty apparent you are affiliated with this company and shows the lack of honesty and professionalism here. Which is exactly what my review demonstrates…that customer respect and professionalism are lacking at this salon. So, thank you for affirming what I have already pointed out. Have a wonderful day!!
