Review content:
I called Charles to set up an appointment so that he could replace a structural post holding up a deck. I talked to him on a Monday and he said he could do it that Wednesday. When I had not heard anything by Tuesday night I called and he said he would be out the next Wednesday at 9:30 am. I was annoyed that it would have to wait another week but scheduled because it had to get done. Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. I called because no one had showed up. He said that he was sick and was working on getting someone out and ""hang tight."" His tone was that I was rude for having called him even though he is the one that didn't show up. I waited until 1pm mad called him again. This time he didn't answer and I never heard anything again. I would NOT RECOMMEND. I understand things come up but he was unresponsive and unprofessional.
