I have been with Bob Nestle State Farm since I was 16 years old and through many different vehicles and homes. I now am 31 years old and have never once had a problem with this company. They are awesome to work with and always look to find you the best rate and will even explain opporunities on how to get lower rates, even if it means going somewhere else for 6 months and coming back to them. As a customer this shows me their commitment to my satisfaction and I would pay more for this kind of service even if I could get it cheaper somewhere else. (By the way, I've never found a better price and I have researched this out of curiosity!) I have never had a company so committed and loyal to their customers and it is the only company I have stayed with since I was sixteen!! The only other company that came close to this was Commerce Bank and was with them since I was sixteen, but had many problems with their service and finally left them after a major setback. Bob and Mary Nestle have always called me anytime my payment hasn't gone through or anytime I have forgotten something. I appreicate companies that remember how to use the phone once in a while to keep their customers aware of their account situations. Most companies today might send you an email if you are lucky or send you mail that looks like junk and you throw it away. Bob Nestle State Farm really takes care of their customers and it is very much appreciated. Their honesty and loyalty is rare to find in today's business world! I want to say congratulations and thank you for being a great company to work with for so many years and many more to come. Keep up the good work!
