I did not expect to be unhappy. Had a brake fluid issue. No problem. As long as we are working that system, check the brake shoes as well. No problem. BUT. AND THIS IS BIG. have to take the tires off to check the brake pads. And somehow, a stud, the bolt part that the nut goes on, was broken. "rusted." JiffyLube had no problems with rusted bolts in May. If it were winter, I might get it. But not under the driving conditions for that baby since May. All I can figure is that they put a roomy on that flipping' power wrench tool. Oh! The oil job I didn't specially request but got anyway? Well, I got charged for the oil life indicator reset, but that didn't happen. So now I call into question pretty much everything that I was charged for. Oh, but that lug WAS broken. Be a long time before I consider anything beyond inspections. They broke my limited edition sports coupe. And I'm still a bit skeptical about the 10 miles it took to check the brake job.
