I contacted Michele Ray to help me find a condo here in Austin. I gave Michele my parameters and she began looking in earnest. She did not waste my time in looking at places that did not meet my criteria. But she was more willing to show me places that might have possibilities. she was always right in telling me that she did not think it was a match. ( pictures are deceving)! Anyway, she and i found the perfect place. Michele negotiated the contract several times to get the best price for me and more. She did not give up! Closing went very smoothly and now I am very happy at my new place. Thanks, Michehe, for all the hard work.
