Review content:
At the age of 55 I can honestly say moving into this Apartment complex has been one of the worst experiences of my long life. I am writing this on October 31, 2013. The day I came to inquire about the rent and look around I was told by the manager that there where no infestation problems and there had not been an issue for well over a year. Five weeks after moving in BED BUGS where all over one of my couches and not the other. I found them crawling out from under the rug and wall from the adjacent apartment. I went to the office to let them know and was informed by James Fry, the manager that they where baby roaches and didn't know what I was talking about, I was then told to leave the office. I complained daily for 6 weeks and finally they sent an exterminator and informed me since I brought them in I would have to pay for it. When the exterminator arrived he informed me that he thought he had gotten rid of them right before I moved in. I did not have to pay for the exterminator thanks to his honesty I found out that this place was and still is infested and they after 6 months are not able to get rid of them. When I expressed my displeasure over being lied to just to get me to rent, James informed me that ""Colorado is the second most infested state in the Country and that I just had to get used to it."" I had no workable heat last winter and was informed three days ago by maintnence, that they where told by Mike, the new manager, ""My heat was not a concern they had bigger issues to worry about. \r

The people who manage this complex have no MORALS!!!\r

You don't want to live here!!!
