Review content:
We used American mover with 3 guys and we only ended up with 2 1/2. Two of them were actually there to work, but one guy was so busy on his cell phone texting and phone calls that it cost me more money. I have used another company in the past with 3 movers and more stuff (boxes and furniture) and it took them less time. My husband called the owner and he could not believe it. He was not here to see it, I was. He (the employee,) would not be around for a few mintues and then he would show up. I watched him on the phone several times (trying to be ""sneaky"") making or receiving calls. I got $20.00 off for this, it should have been at least 1/2 hours or more, because it was costing me money for him not working. The guy was kind of rude after the owner called him. We did a lot of research before using these guys and only because who we wanted to use was not avaible when we wanted to move. Movers I have used in the past were there to work and I never saw anyone on a cell phone. Next time I will wait for someone I know is not trying to get more money out of me by taking their time and not working on my time.
