Review content:
I had a bad experience with Mobil 1's customer service and a simple inspection that got out of control. I had been taking my trucks/cars to them for oil change/inspection for more than 3 years. During a routine inspection, the owner waved me to the vehicle and explained that the registration sticker and inspection sticker were in the wrong place. I told them they were the only ones to have touched the stickers in years. He told me that ""In his shop, he knows more than the customer"" and that the sticker problem was ""my fault"". This aggressive stance took me a off-guard. After again telling him that his shop was the only one to touch the sticker in years, he said ""After today, you don't do business here anymore and that no one tells him what to do in his shop."" He then assembled the stickers, in the wrong order, and told me to ""pay and leave"" and then approached me to within 6"" as if to physically threaten (doesn't make sense-> he is a rather small man). Perhaps he had a bad day, but I cannot imagine a worse way to treat a customer. I will not do business with them again and recommend that you also find a different service provider.
