I DO NOT recommend Collier. They trimmed our 50 year old douglas fir. We instructed Collier to do no cutting until consulting the owners directly. Collier did not speak to the owners directly nor show up as scheduled(when someone was available on site to provide direct instruction). Collier showed a day later with no advance communication. As a result of Colliers incompetence/inability to follow instructions the tree has been completely denuded. Collier was unresponsive-the business owner never returned messages. There was absolutely no acknowledgement of their negligence. The tree is unsightly. The landscaping(which was done less than a year ago)is now failing from direct sun. Everytime I go in my back yard I am reminded of their "handywork". Collier offers no compensation for their mistakes, the tree looks appalling and we are suffering loss as a result. Do not hire Collier they are NOT a quality organization.
