I have been using iStorage West Deptford since iStorage took over the facility. I found the pricing to be exceptional. The location is perfect. It's only one and a half miles from my home. It is easily accessible to I-295. I can't imagine a better location for them. I was very pleased with my initial contact with the 800 number on their website through to my dealings with the local facility manager. The manager is really excellent. She's very accommodating, and she helped me out when I had special requests. I wanted 24-hour access to my unit, and she set that up no problem. The units are freshly painted and very secure. Overall the customer service and experience has been completely satisfying.
