Review content:
I hadn't dealt with anyone in the rug and drapes cleaning business before. Being a businessman myself, though, I am going to rate Clean10x as very professional. The man did a small living room and its drapes. I wanted the room to look nice for company over the holidays.
Before the work started, he took me out to his truck and explained everything to me. I'm a technical guy, so I liked that a lot. I wanted to see that this was a professional service. The truck was very clean, and the equipment in it was organized and hanging where it belonged. Being in manufacturing and production myself, that was a great start.
I wanted to see how the living room project came out. Now that I know how I feel about it, I am going to call Clean10x again after the holidays and get two small bedrooms serviced. This was a nice experience that I will recommend to my neighbors.
As an added bonus, I have to note that the usual doggy odor in the living room has disappeared.
