Are you kidding, the worst kind of people I have ever had to do business with. I decided to have the bank retain my home loan and had to pay an extra .25%, a couple of years later they sold my mortgage to another lender, no word about the extra money I paid. You call about your mortgage and they make you think they still have it, THEY DON'T. Call themselves a ""Hometown Bank"" that operates the same way as they did when they were First Federal Savings, when in reality they have fired all but maybe Five employees that had been working there. Would never do business with them again if they paid me too.
