Review content:
Wrote a review on Yelp and then received a harassing text from the owner of the company. I would say that is completely unprofessional. Poor customer satisfaction and bad customer experience. My move was completed successfully with one broken piece of furniture which i contacted them and they were willing to come out try and fix it and then if they couldnt they would send someone out to fix it. I was told they would come out on Sunday but never heard from them again until I wrote my review. I shouldn""t have to chase them down to get them to do what they say they will do. It's a shame because they would have gotten a better review if they had followed through as promised. Still have a broken dresser but it is worth it to handle myself then to deal with this company any longer.
