Have ordered twice from Davis Sq Pizza, first time was glorious: Turkey Club, fries, and a chicken parm sandwich all delicious and delivered in less than 30 minutes.
The second time, the driver was an hour and 20 minutes. When you're starving you don't want to wait this long for food. The driver showed up and apologized a lot and I shrugged it off and downed the food, what else can you do. Then I got a call from the manager apologizing and offering to send the same order free any night of the week. I know restaurants get busy, but this level of service was so refreshing that I will continue to order from them in the future with confidence.
