I am so unbelievably disappointed in this company. I rented an obstacle course and bounce house from you on 10/25/2013. We did not receive a mat for the obstacle course (liability issue) and we called at least 7 times. Twice I was told someone would be bringing me one immediately and no one ever showed up or call to tell me what was going on. Also, the equipment was supposed to be picked up the same night at 9:00 PM and again NO ONE showed up. I had to pay my staff extra overtime because you can't seem to pick up your own equipment. Finally an employee called me and told me to just deflate the equipment ourselves and we would pick them up later. That is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
