Review content:
I unfortunately had a negative experience at the Carespot in the Cool Springs area of Franklin. The Medical Receptionist and Nurse were so kind and accommodating. My mother had a good experience with the Nurse Practitioner. I met with the Physician. Her bedside manner was terrible to say the least. She would give me no notice as to what she was going to do. She would aggressively grab my face and feel my sinuses repeatedly without letting me know first. Her attitude was rude and condescending, and that was the worst part. I have never had a negative experience going to see a doctor ever, and I would never go to this Carespot again unless it was to see the NP. I let the Physician know that I get my ears irrigated this time of year when I go to the doctor due to sinus infection, and she would not help me with that. This is the first time that I have ever had a doctor not offer much less be willing to help with this. It is customary that they give each patient a call and check on them the next day, and no one ever called to follow up. I work and live right around the corner from Carespot and would not recommend it to anyone. I have let all of my co workers, friends, and family members know about the negative experience. I have always gone to the Walgreens walk in clinic prior to Carespot and have always had a great experience with their kind staff. I will resume giving them business and promoting them in the future.
