Review content:
My car was towed from north main at about 7:30p.m on October 25th. The car next to me had backed all the way into the no parking sign so I couldn't see it. I understand, no argument, its still a no parking zone. Fine. The next morning I called and was informed that I must have an appointment to come to the building. I made the soonest appointment that I could and was then told they were cash only and I must have the exact amount. I arrived early so I wouldn't miss my appointment and was told I had to sign paperwork. NO MATER HOW MUCH I BEEGED, I WAS NOT ALOUD TO HAVE A COPPY OF ANY OF TH PAPER WORK I SIGHNED. I was then handed a handwritten receipt and told to give the man my key. I gave it to him, he delivered the car to the front gate. My car reeked of smoke. I don't smoke. The guy I got the car from (who is family) doesn't smoke. Also, I understand if you work with repossessions you may be used to unhappy/ argumentative people. But if you treat everyone poorly all the time your reputation could suffer.
