Review content:
The people that work at Syntrol were quite congenial, pleasant, and knew what they were doing.
They ran into a few problems, but it didn't disturb or upset them. They just fixed it. There was an asbestos problem and they had another company come in and take care of it.
Alex, the one who sold us the system, he's a super guy. He knows his stuff and serviced our other two units. I thought he was a superb person, polite, and easy to deal with.
The a/c works fine, but we haven't had the opportunity to use the heating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially Alex.
