Great experience at Wickstrom. My salesman, Jared, whom I spoke with on the phone prior to visiting the dealership, had the used Grand Cherokee I called about prepped and ready when I arrived. I had been searching for weeks for the right used Grand Cherokee and this one looked to be in great condition; confirmed by test drive, and their detailing team had done a tremendous job as well. \r

The process couldn't have been easier. They had a written purchase offer for me based on the price discussed over the phone, and appraised my old truck for trade-in in short order. I got a great price for the Jeep, a reasonable trade-in offer, and the entire experience was as good as I have ever had at a dealership. \r

5 star ratings for Jared my salesman, the purchasing/trade-in process, the extremely nice/clean/plush customer waiting area, and Richard Wickstrom who greeted me when I initially showed up at Wickstrom Ford instead of next door at Wickstrom Jeep and called Jared to tell him I was there. This was my first Jeep purchase and without doubt I will head back to Wickstrom in Barrington as a part of my next vehicle search.
