Review content:
First off, the customer service was so terrible I'm not sure how they were able to stay open for so long in Tampa. My shop was about 3 miles for the store location and they were so slow to answer the phone that I was actually able to call on my cellphone while sitting in my office and, while waiting for an answer, get into my car, drive to the store and walk in to find maybe one or two customers browsing through the store and the phone just ringing and ringing. Sure they were convenient and they had some good quality products at a reasonable price, but what good does it do you to have product on the shelf if you can't answer the phone to sell it? Maybe their other stores are better or can answer the phone, I do not know, but I know when they closed the store in Tampa, FL my first thought was what took so long. Was I sorry to see the store go? Yes, All they really needed to do was reboot the staff and get in people who would work make the effort to do the job.
