Our homeowners association in Florida was seeking to buy multiple new BBQs but our local selection was limited and we wanted to explore the idea of buying commercial level grills that could withstand our salt and sea air,which typically destroys a BBQ in less than a year. Our 175 homeowners are avid grillers and place a lot of demand on the units. Lacking local resources we were referred to BBQ OUTLET which was very kind and helpful but after learning all our unique requirements - natural gas, 308 stainless, etc etc, - they referred us to JIM. Jim spent a lot of time learning our needs, understanding our budget and looking into shipping, options, etc. He did this realizing we may not ever make a purchase and were really learning all about BBQs on his paid time. Beyond the call. In the end, our budget could handle the kind of grill we would need. But thanks to JIM we now know what we can get, what will serve us best, the numbers to buy and ship and lots more. We're I in Jim's shoes,I'd have given up long ago but he remained cordial, helpful and efficient to the very end.
