Review content:
Absolutely horrific place. First, I was instructed to leave my 2 and 5 year old children, (who also had appointments by the way they weren't just tagging along), in the waiting room ALONE! That should have been my clue to walk out. I unfortunately chose to proceed. The medical history on me was approximately 2 questions. My ""skin check"" involved about 30 seconds. Apparently no one gets skin cancer below the waist. I wasn't even asked to remove my knee high boots so she could check my legs and feet! The PA failed to even mention my numerous skin issues and only looked at freezing my warts, which she overdid and I have blood blisters half the length and width of my thumbs on both hands. I was never given instructions beyond a sheet of paper with a name of a product to buy at the pharmacy. I have to call my GP today to find out what to due with the huge open wounds on my hands. \r

One of my children had a suspicious skin growth. Her ""treatment"" involved taking a photo to discuss with the doctor, then coming back in the room, throwing some large words at me and telling me that they were too busy to biopsy it today so I should come back in 6 months. Then she left. I was never given the opportunity to ask questions, nor was I given any explanation of what my child had. For all I knew she had a malignancy. I walked into the hallway to try to find someone to ask a question of, and was simply pointed toward the door. I tried to talk to the receptionist but was told that there were two people ahead of me and that she couldn't help me. She wasn't too busy however to realize that she didn't charge me a third copay and to collect my credit card!! \r

After leaving the office in tears, I had to call back 3 times (getting hung up on once, getting a voice mail the 2nd time and waiting on hold 10 minutes the third) in order to get a human being to read my daughters chart to me so I could look up her condition as well as ask about my reaction to the treatment I was given. When I tried to express my concerns, I was told that there was nothing she could do and I had to talk to an office manager. I was then transferred to a voice mail which didn't even have a person's name on the message. Needless to say I am not expecting a call back from that. I will never take my family back to that awful place and I would urge everyone to do the same.
