This contractor is very unprofessional. After installing my system incorrectly the first time, he agreed to correct it. His repairs were, again, incorrect and after questioning his work he told me to contact the DEP and hung up on me. That is exactly what I am doing. Anyone with half a brain can find the Pennsylvania rules and regulations for Radon Mitigation Systems through a bit of research. I intend to get the DEP and EPA involved in the process which, hopefully, results in this guy losing his certifications. I will also be contacting the better business bureau as well. This is not how you conduct business. \r
