We are very thankful to have a no appt needed option for our 5 yr old when she suddenly becomes ill. High fever is scary and the cost of going to this facility works out more affordable than her pediatrician. Getting a detailed diagnosis with literature to educate us about future consideration is very appreciated. Every doc we have come into contact with meets or exceeds our expectations. The atmosphere is updated, clean, quiet and professional. BTW, having this nearby makes living in the Great Smoky Mountains even better!
