Review content:
This company and staff is so unprofessional. No return phone calls, short sited decision making, cannot think freely for what is best in service management of the customer and property. Exorbitant fees and unreasonable costs of PDF files and copies. I cannot wait for the contract to end with them for hopefully the owner will take notice. Do NOT use them or give them your money. With as many management companies out there they are out of touch and should receive NO new clients.
