I hired Richard Suzuki after my son got serious gun/drug charges while on probation. Because of the amount of drugs, he was charged with possession and intent to distribute. These new charges along with the possession of a gun while on probation made the case challenging to say the least. I was very distraught as I didn’t want to see my 24 year old son go to prison for 11 years which is what he was facing. Richard and his staff were very thorough and immediately began an aggressive defense. Their expertise and hard work got my son a sentence of 1 year in county jail, no prison time! We were elated! I was also very impressed with the compassionate way we were treated throughout this entire ordeal. Richard understands that we all make mistakes. I strongly believe Richard's strong relationship with the prosecution as well as his past experience as a prosecutor made the difference in the outcome of my son’s case. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this firm is! Call them!
