I was here recently (summer of 2013) and received the best service. Everyone was so welcoming with smiles and the place was so relaxing and I almost doze off. They give just enough conversation so u can vent but then give enough time to relax. And I'm not sure what people are talking about the place isn't clean. ... it was spic n span when I was there. I got the half day of beauty and very well worth the money and day off. Thank you Roehm's Day Spa!
