This operations is horrible. First they come out and tell us one thing is wrong with our washer. We begged to differ and told the technician that the rubber door boot was the problem. So, the tech goes and orders the part he wants and it what happens...the door boot collapsed three days later. Long story short, we waited for four hours for them to show up and when they never did. We call them the next day and was told oh, we called you, but you didn't call us back with in 15 minutes. Are you kidding me! I allotted an entire four hours from my day to pay you $300 and you don't show up because I didn't call you back within 15 minutes...I'll tell you what you, keep your part and your technician ""part changer"" and have a nice day!!!
