I like the friendly atmosphere of Aspen and they do a good job of checking out the cars when I'm in for an oil change. A bit of a problem for me is; when I make an appointment for an oil change I don't expect to wait for an hour or hour and a half. I don't even like that when I make appointments for tire rotations/ balancing at Discount Tire or doctor appointments. I still like this shop and will continue to take my cars to them. They're high on oil changes and fuel filter changes for diesels so I'll be using another shop for that.
