I wanted to let say how impressed I was with how Marko handled a tough install for me on Saturday. We had an island situation that was less than ideal, and him and his crew offered suggestions and assistance in improving the conditions. I also learned a few things that I will take into account on future jobs when it comes to seams and support. I certainly have a renewed appreciation for what the installers go through in the course of the day. \r

This was the 2nd job Marko did for my company on Saturday (I have not seen the 1st job, but I am confident that it was done correctly). He was professional, polite, and accommodating. And I appreciated it very much.\r
