Very disappointing, total lack of customer service. After being a customer for over 15 years, they let my policy be cancelled over a simple paperwork error. And when I brought it to their attention two weeks before the cancellation date, they gave as little effort as possible to help fix the situation. So much for State Farm being a good neighbor and being there for me! All it would have taken was for someone to come out and take a quick picture of repairs made to our house, but they were too lazy to do anything! If you really want service, do not use EW Tucker's agency.\r

BTW - I called Nationwide insurance after failing to get anywhere with EW Tucker, and in 10 minutes they had me covered and were in contact with my mortgage company completing all of the necessary paperwork.
