This company is great ! I am so glad I found them. We purchased a new house and it came with a hot tub. We have always wanted a hot tub but didn't know anything about them. We were looking online for someone to clean our tub for us and found Pacific Hot Tub Solutions. They were having a fall special where they would come out and drain, clean, fill and get my tub all ready for me. Normally it was $199 and they were offering it for $99. When the guy got out here he showed me how to use the tub. He explained everything in detail and then cleaned my tub. It was a great experience and I will call them again whenever I need anything. The guy told me my ozone needed to be replaced and that I needed new filters. He just advised me they needed to be replaced. If felt good knowing that he cared enough to tell me what I needed but didn't pressure me to buy anything extra right now. Great local company that I will recommend to all my friends and family.
