Review content:
If you value your laptop/PC, don't bring it here. Had a cracked touchscreen that was working. Jim kept my 8-month old laptop for a week and didn't tell me he couldn't order the part. He cracked the screen even more, snapped the in-built camera wire, broke the top cover so it would not snap back into place, and disappeared with all original screws. When I complained, he said there were signs posted claiming the shop was not responsible for any damage - he could break everyone's computer and there was absolutely nothing anyone could do about it. When I brought my $800 laptop to the shop, all it needed was a new $250 touchscreen. By the time he gave it back, HP and Best Buy told me to throw it in the garbage and buy a new one.
